Galaxa Nova provides an enterprise-grade, fully managed AI customer agent platform. The Services include access to our autonomous sales associates, analytics dashboards, integration tools, and continuous quality assurance monitoring via Nova Sentinel.

3. USE OF THE SERVICES

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services, including but not limited to the Nova Agent, Sales Data Engine (SDE), Nova Sentinel, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Galaxa Nova and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
